LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Williston Park will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 24, 2021, at 8:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the American Legion Hall, 730 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, NY 11596 for the purpose of considering the adoption of the following:

The application by New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for a Special Use Permit under Village Code §230-14.1 to install a telecommunications facility on the existing Village Elevated Water Storage Tank located at 115 Syracuse Street, Williston Park, New York. The Proposed Facility includes the installation of twelve (12) total antennas, with four (4) per sector, and fifteen (15) remote radio heads, with five (5) per sector, plus related equipment, at a height of 181 feet above ground level, all of which will be mounted to existing mounting points on the elevated water storage tank.

Also to be discussed at the public hearing is a proposed lease between the Village and the applicant to lease space on the elevated water storage tank for the installation of the equipment that is the subject of the above application.

The Village encourages residents to send any comments on the application to the Village by email or letter addressed to the Village Building Inspector or to the Board Secretary ([email protected]) to arrive no later than the date of the hearing.
