The Court is located on the first floor of Village Hall, above the Library

The Court is administered by a Village Justice elected for a four year term.
He is assisted by one acting Village Justice appointed annually by the Mayor.

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Court Schedule
7:00 PM  Arraignments are the first Wednesday of each month
6:00 PM Conferences & Trials are the last Wednesday of each month only by appointment

2 miles South of the Long Island Expressway exit 37- 1 block North of Hillside Ave
(across from St. Aidan's Chapel)

From the Northern State take Exit 28 and go South 2 miles across from St. Aidan's Chapel

9:00 AM - 3:45 PM Monday - Friday
Payment of fines can be made at Village Hall in cash, money orders or certified checks.
We will now be accepting VISA, Master Card and Debit Cards.
